At Smile Core, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used oral care products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item being received.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
